We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, email us at wotevrapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We've got you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll cover return shipping and send out a replacement or full refund immediately.
Just email us at wotevrapparel@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number and we'll sort it straight away.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No cash refunds on sale items unless the item is faulty.
