Shipping Policy

We pack with care and ship with speed — because waiting is the worst part.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second one with tracking details once it's on its way.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods like sales or new drops, processing may take a little longer — we'll always communicate any delays.

We ship from Melbourne, VIC. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas.

International Shipping

We currently only ship locally with Australia.

International orders are not accepted at this time..... maybe soon!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your parcel every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first then reach out to us directly.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.
